I discovered a new favorite walk/run route that now begs for me to make the time to exercise! Not always successful, however, this route does inspire me to love where we live, and to hit my feet to the pavement more often. Here are some of the sights I get to take in and they all make me stop and "smell the roses".... what is it about the coast that can stop you in your tracks!!!!!! Enjoy!
